Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking an Integration Lead to own end-to-end integration design across multiple business and technology streams in a Melbourne-based role with flexible working arrangements. The role combines architecture oversight with hands-on detailed design, collaborating with application teams, vendors and delivery stakeholders to ensure complex integrations are delivered.

We're partnering with a well-known organisation undertaking a large-scale transformation and seeking an experienced Integration Lead to own end-to-end integration design across multiple business and technology streams. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys operating at both architecture and detailed design level, working closely with application teams, vendors and delivery stakeholders to ensure complex integrations are successfully delivered.

• Comfortable working from high-level architecture through to detailed field mapping and interface design.
• Proven ability to lead integration delivery across multiple concurrent streams.
