Qualifications

Deep experience in insurance transformation across General Insurance and Life Insurance.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver through complex transformation programs.
Ability to shape solutions, manage delivery and build trusted client relationships.
Experience with core insurance platforms, architecture, integration, data migration, and AI-enabled transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead defined workstreams or functional areas within large-scale insurance transformation programs, accountable for scope, quality, timelines, dependencies, risks and outcomes
Shape future-state operating models, processes, customer journeys, technology capabilities and delivery roadmaps across General and Life Insurance
Work across business and technology domains including claims, policy, underwriting, distribution, servicing, finance, data, AI and platform delivery
Engage senior client stakeholders, bringing EY’s capabilities to client challenges
Mentor and develop consultants, while contributing to business development through proposals and client materials
