Job summary

Cubic Group is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer/Technical Trainer in Brisbane to design, develop and deliver effective learning solutions. You will partner with the L&D team to create engaging eLearning modules, manuals and visuals that meet business needs and quality standards.

You will apply adult learning principles, manage end-to-end design processes, and ensure materials comply with WHSE and company policies. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an OD or L&D role in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop and pilot learning materials.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 2 and Adobe Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs and design end-to-end eLearning modules.
• Develop audio/video assets and storyboards for online courses.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Learning Advisors on concept design.
• Maintain LMS content and ensure alignment with policies.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
