Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to lead end-to-end instructional design and eLearning initiatives. The role emphasizes building capability through well-designed content, LMS administration, and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate will bring a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, 5+ years in OD/L&D, and strong skills in Storyline, MS Office, and adult learning methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an OD or L&D role in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to research learning needs.
• Design, development, delivery and piloting of learning to meet identified needs and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build stakeholder rapport.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline.

Responsibilities

• eLearning analysis, design & development, implementation and evaluation.
• Identify end-user learning needs using a variety of methods.
• Research, design, develop and pilot high quality learning materials.
• Follow the end to end Instructional Design process in development of learning materials.
• Apply adult learning principles to the design of learning programs and materials.
• Consult with Learning and Development Advisors and subject matter experts.
• Administrative duties: LMS administration, user documentation and reporting.
