Resources Group is shaping a new kind of insights business in Sydney, blending market research with an AI-powered platform to accelerate analysis and action. You’ll engage with senior leaders across major Australian organisations, driving impact from research design to execution.

You’ll combine traditional research methods with technology-enabled approaches, collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape how insights translate into commercial outcomes.

Qualificações

• Strong commercial market research experience across quantitative and/or qualitative methods.
• Excellent research design skills and confidence selecting the right approach.
• Experience applying behavioural science, consumer behaviour, behavioural economics or consumer psychology to commercial challenges.
• Confidence working with senior marketing, brand and growth stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and storytelling skills.
• Commercial acumen, including the ability to scope and sell research solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead senior client conversations, interrogate briefs and identify the real business problem.
• Design and deliver quantitative, qualitative and dual-method research.
• Apply behavioural science and consumer psychology to marketing and growth challenges.
• Use an AI-powered insights platform alongside traditional research methods.
• Run interviews, workshops and fieldwork to uncover behavioural drivers.
• Translate data into clear, compelling commercial stories.
• Turn insight into behavioural interventions and marketing execution.
• Scope and sell research approaches and build client relationships.
