Job summary

DTEX is seeking a Senior Insider Threat Analyst in Australia to join a team focused on threat detection and client-facing analytics. You will analyze customer activity data, coordinate investigations with clients, and deliver actionable reports that drive secure outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with UEBA concepts, and proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL. Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, analytics, or operations, with security investigations preferred.
• Strong problem solving and multivariate analysis skills.
• Ability to analyze data with standard tools like Excel/Power BI and SQL databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentations to execs.
• UEBA understanding and anomaly detection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify threat-related events.
• Coordinate with customers to focus investigations.
• Prepare and deliver reports with metrics and visualizations.
• Develop recommendations to address discoveries and proactive measures.
• Establish trust with clients while protecting privacy and data.
• Enhance and update profiles and develop use cases for releases.
