Job summary

Talent Web Recruitment in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a privately owned Australian organisation during a growth phase. The role is full-time, based in the Sydney CBD, with attractive remuneration and a path for progression.

You will provide hands-on technical support across computers, servers, and network infrastructure, monitor systems, implement new IT solutions, and support security cameras, access control, and BMS integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in a mature organisation.
• Hands-on experience with on-premises and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with network, security, and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues across computers, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Monitors systems and networks to identify, diagnose, and resolve potential problems proactively.
• Implement new IT systems including hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions.
• Support related IT services, including security cameras, access control, and BMS integrations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of tasks, procedures, and system configurations.

• Stronghardware skillsacross desktop computers, laptops, servers, Synology NAS, Ubiquiti equipment, etc.
• Strongsoftware expertise in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, Windows Server, and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge ofcloud-based technologies(Microsoft 365, Azure, AI integrations).
• Strongcybersecurity awarenessincluding data storage, backup, and retention protocols.
• Experience withBuilding Management Systems (BMS)
