Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a Principal Information Security Customer Engagement Engineer to represent our security voice across Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will own regional security engagements end-to-end, guiding customers through security onboarding and risk reviews.

You will work with global security and product teams, shaping product roadmaps and driving automation, QA, and documentation to reduce friction while maintaining trust and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security with customer-facing security assurance in SaaS
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor are advantageous
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, APPs and NZ Privacy Act
• Familiarity with IRAP and NZISM highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Own the regional information security narrative and be the in-region voice
• Lead customer security engagements and respond to security questionnaires
• Maintain Trust Center content and customer-facing security materials
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence security roadmap
• Drive AI-enabled security engagement processes and automation
