Job summary

Always Human Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead one of its largest client relationships in the health and wellness space. The role centers on influencer marketing, social, events and activations, and you’ll be the senior client contact and creative partner.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of influencer marketing.
• Creative, strategic mindset with ability to bring ideas and deliver.
• Experience across social and confidence running events, brand activations or stunts.
• Track record as a senior client lead on a high-profile account.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
• Ability to juggle many moving parts with attention to detail and big picture.
• Bonus: PR experience generating earned media through stunts and activations.
• Bonus: experience in health, food or regulated categories with health claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day relationship on a flagship health and wellness account as the client’s trusted senior contact and creative partner.
• Think big picture: bring proactive ideas, identify growth opportunities and help shape where the brand goes next across social, influencer, PR and experiential.
• Lead influencer and creator strategy end-to-end, from talent selection and partnerships through to content, execution and reporting.
• Bring four major PR stunts and activations to life each year, from concept and creative through to logistics, on-the-day delivery and results.
• Manage big-name wellness partnerships, in the pilates, yoga and nutrition space.
• Oversee social content and creator programs, balancing creative ambition with smart, commercially grounded delivery.
• Keep the account running smoothly with the content calendars, approvals and workback schedules a growing account needs.
• Mentor and support a small team of Account Coordinators, and collaborate with our Strategy and Insights & Research teams.
• Track performance, turn data into insight and present with confidence, both to the client and internally.
• Stay ahead of trends in wellness, platforms, creators and culture, and bring them back to the work.
