Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a Senior Improvement Partner to embed Safe and Connected across services and networks. You will work with leaders and frontline teams to identify problems, apply data-driven improvement, and coach teams through the improvement journey to achieve sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in improvement science and/or applying recognised improvement approaches (e.g., Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Model for Improvement).
• Ability to coach and facilitate teams through structured improvement processes.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
