Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking an accomplished Director, Financial Management and Improvement to drive financial performance and organisational sustainability across SA's largest health network. Reporting to Executive Director, Finance and Business Services, you will lead financial planning, analysis and the Finance Business Partner model.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in financial management within a large, complex organisation.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of contemporary financial management practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to CALHN priorities and service performance objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis, management reporting and performance reviews.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and accountability.
• Lead the Finance Business Partner model and partner with clinical, operational and corporate leaders.
• Drive business improvement, processes, technology and ways of working for efficiency.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
