Job summary

SA Health's Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) seeks a Senior Improvement Partner to collaborate with leaders and frontline teams to embed Safe and Connected improvements across CALHN and address complex service challenges.

You will use data and structured problem-solving to identify opportunities, coach and facilitate teams through improvement processes, and build capability to sustain gains across diverse health services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of improvement science and Lean/Lean Six Sigma.
• Ability to coach teams through structured improvement.
• Experience across complex health services.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement across diverse and complex services.
• Understand and solve service challenges with teams.
