Job summary

Macquarie Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Technology Risk & Identity Access Management within Finance, People and Engagement. You will provide risk advice, oversight and constructive challenge across identity and access management activities, partnering with business and technology teams to identify, assess and manage risks.

You will influence risk outcomes across a broad portfolio while driving continuous improvement in risk capability and controls effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology risk, cyber security, information security, identity and access management, operational risk or technology controls.
• Experience in identity and access management, identity governance, privileged access management or access control risk.
• Strong understanding of risk management and controls, including risk treatment, control effectiveness, residual risk and risk acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the identity access management risk specialist across finance, people and engagement.
• Provide risk advice, oversight and constructive challenge to identify, assess and manage risks.
• Partner with business, technology and governance teams to support remediation and ensure controls remain effective.
