Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking an experienced leader to head Customer Identity engineering. You will oversee design, development, CI/CD, and production support, while shaping platform strategy and delivery cadence.

Qualifications

Experience leading software engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proven ability to deliver complex engineering initiatives.
Technical background in software development (Java preferred), with experience in system design and operating mission-critical services.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of Customer Identity engineering teams, including system design, development, CI/CD, production support, and continuous improvement.
