You will lead projects, generate insights, and mentor juniors while collaborating with global teams to strengthen controls and governance across personal investments, outside business activities, gifts and entertainment.

The role emphasizes policy development, risk analysis, and delivering clear management information to guide decision making across the Risk Management Group.

Formación

• Relevant experience in compliance or risk management earned within financial services or professional services.
• Strong ability to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to develop policies, controls, training and communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and contribute to strategic, transformational initiatives across personal compliance.
• Develop, review policies, procedures and governance reporting.
• Produce meaningful management information, dashboards and insights for decision making.
• Support governance, assurance, audit and regulatory activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise and challenge to stakeholders.
