Western Sydney University is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for Identity & Access Management (IDAM) to shape secure, scalable identity solutions across a large, complex enterprise. The role focuses on IAM platforms, Azure infrastructure, governance and practical architectural roadmaps.

You will drive design decisions, balance security with cost and delivery priorities, and collaborate across enterprise teams to deliver enduring outcomes. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior Solution Architect with focus on Identity & Access Management and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture across Identity & Access Management platforms (Entra ID, Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk).
• Provide architectural guidance for Azure infrastructure and networking, landing zones and cloud governance.
• Translate business needs into practical, secure designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Embed Zero Trust and secure-by-design principles across identity and cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with Enterprise, Cloud, Security and Solution Architects to deliver enterprise-wide outcomes.
• Guide design decisions, manage risks and dependencies throughout delivery.
• Develop reusable patterns, standards and reference architectures.
