Job summary

Accenture, through CyberCX, seeks a seasoned IAM/PAM specialist to design, implement and manage IDAM solutions for major clients in Australia. You will conduct discovery, capture requirements, and align business processes with governance standards.

Lead workshops and deliver value across complex workflows while mitigating risks and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define specifications, and translate business needs into secure, scalable identity

Qualifications

2+ years in IT implementation, HR implementation or cloud services projects.
Understanding of IDAM concepts, processes and policies.
Strong relationship-building and communication across multiple stakeholder levels.

Responsibilities

Hit the ground running to understand the program and integrate with the team.
Engage with customers to provide security solutions, recommendations and services.
Analyse and enhance IDAM processes to support complex use cases.
Define business requirements, functional and design specifications.
Conduct workshops with client stakeholders from commercial and technical units.
Identify gaps to requirements and propose alternatives and changes.
Identify risks with mitigants and manage them to resolution.
Propose and implement best-practice IDAM processes and policies for clients.
