Job summary

Bytewize is seeking highly experienced IT professionals to join our team to deliver Technical Support to Schools under the TSSP. Based in Victoria, these roles cover managing ICT infrastructure in schools and supporting staff and students in large, technology-driven environments.

We are not entry-level; candidates need 5+ years of industry experience, with prior TSSP or education-sector work. Flexible employment options include contract, casual, or permanent positions, with competitive pro-rata

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of ICT industry experience.
• Experience within the TSSP program or education sector is preferred.
• Ability to manage and maintain ICT infrastructure in schools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT professional development.
