Job summary

Bytewize is seeking experienced IT professionals to join the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP) in Victoria. These are not entry-level roles; candidates should have 5+ years of industry experience and a background in education sector ICT or TSSP involvement.

You will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure in schools, administer networks, and support staff and students in large, technology-driven environments. Flexible contract, casual, or permanent roles available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ICT industry experience required.
• Prior TSSP experience or extensive education sector ICT background.
• Ability to support ICT infrastructure across multiple schools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT professional development when needed.
