Job summary

Bytewize is seeking highly experienced IT professionals to deliver technical support to Victorian schools under the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP). These roles require significant enterprise IT experience and are not entry-level positions.

You will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools, support staff and students, and participate in professional development for school staff.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industry experience in IT, with sector-relevant background.
• Experience with TSSP or education ICT is highly valued.
• Non-entry level positions requiring strong technical and educational sector knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT professional development when required.
