Job summary

Bytewize is hiring specialists to deliver ICT support services to Victorian schools under the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP). You will manage ICT infrastructure, support staff and students, and administer complex enterprise environments in education settings.

These roles require at least 5 years of industry experience, with prior TSSP or education-sector ICT work highly regarded. Eligible candidates must meet Australian work eligibility and can be contracted, casual, or permanent.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in the TSSP program or education sector is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
