Job summary

Bytewize is seeking Specialist Technicians to deliver ICT support to Victorian schools under the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP). Roles are non-entry level, requiring strong ICT and education-sector experience.

You will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools, support staff and students, and contribute to enterprise environments. Flexible contract, casual, or permanent options with pro-rata salary.

Qualifications

• Administration of Windows and Linux-based servers.
• MDM deployment and administration.
• Advanced enterprise networking (Cisco & HP).
• SOE/image deployment with troubleshooting.
• Support for large fleets of desktops/notebooks.
• 1:1 and BYOD device planning and management.
• Strong technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT training when required.
