Job summary

Bytewize is recruiting for highly experienced ICT specialists to deliver technical support services to Victorian schools through the TSSP program. You will manage ICT infrastructure across multiple education sites, supporting staff and students, while contributing to enterprise-level environments.

These roles require at least 5 years of industry experience; prior TSSP or education-sector ICT background is highly regarded, with opportunities across contract, casual, or permanent arrangements.

Qualifications

• Not entry-level roles; candidates must have at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in the TSSP program is preferred or extensive education-sector ICT background.
• Ability to manage and support ICT infrastructure across multiple schools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT professional development as required.
