Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer / Specialist Technician to manage ICT infrastructure across Victorian Department of Education schools. You will support staff and students, administer enterprise environments, and collaborate with leadership teams.

Role requires strong Windows/Linux server skills, Hyper-V, Google Workspace, Cisco networking, and BYOD/1:1 planning. Multiple employment options (contract, casual, permanent) are available.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience within the TSSP program or strong education-sector ICT background.
• Senior-level corporate IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT training as required.
