Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting in Victoria is recruiting a Systems Engineer / Specialist Technician to deliver technical support for the Department of Education through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP). These are non-entry level roles offering contract, casual or permanent employment.

You will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure in schools, support staff and students, administer enterprise networks, and participate in ICT professional development.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of IT experience is required.
• Experience with the TSSP program or education-sector ICT is highly regarded.
• Non-entry level role with advanced enterprise IT support skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Deliver ICT professional development to school staff when required.
