Job summary

VINCI Energies Australia is seeking an experienced ICT Administrator to strengthen our ICT team. You will provide hands-on Level 2/3 support across multi-site environments, focusing on availability, security and performance of services.

The role covers Microsoft 365/Azure, servers, storage, networks, cyber security, automation and project delivery, with collaboration with stakeholders and vendors to drive technology improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT Systems Administrator roles.
• Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting capability.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience across server, storage, backup, endpoint and network administration.
• Knowledge of cyber security practices, patching and hardening.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 support, investigate incidents and resolve complex technical issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams telephony services.
• Support servers, storage, backup, endpoint management and business-critical technology platforms.
• Maintain switching, wireless, internet, WAN, cloud connectivity and SD-WAN environments.
• Monitor service performance, identify operational risks and coordinate appropriate remediation.
• Perform escalated user lifecycle and access administration activities.
• Support vulnerability management, patching, system hardening and backup validation and security monitoring.
• Contribute to infrastructure, business technology, acquisition onboarding and technology integration projects.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify practical opportunities for automation, approved artificial intelligence and service improvement.
• Coordinate technical activities with managed service providers, telecommunications providers and technology vendors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, standard operating procedures and knowledge articles.
