Job summary

Vinci Energies Asia Pacific is seeking an ICT System Administrator to deliver advanced Level 2 and Level 3 support across our IT infrastructure in Australia. You will administer Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint and Teams telephony, and support servers, storage, backups and network services.

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensure security practices, manage access, and contribute to automation and strategic infrastructure initiatives. VINCI Group experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT Systems Administrator or similar role.
• L2 and L3 troubleshooting capability.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience across server, storage, backup, endpoint and network administration.
• Knowledge of cyber security practices (patching, vulnerability management, hardening, backups).
• Ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong documentation skills.
• Collaborative, proactive and service-oriented approach.
• VINCI Group experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 support and resolve complex incidents.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint and Teams telephony.
• Support servers, storage, backup, endpoint management and business‑critical platforms.
• Maintain switching, wireless, internet, WAN, cloud connectivity and SD-WAN environments.
• Monitor service performance and coordinate remediation.
• Perform escalated user lifecycle and access administration activities.
• Support vulnerability management, patching, system hardening and backup validation.
• Contribute to infrastructure, business technology, acquisition onboarding and technology integration projects.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI and service improvement.
• Coordinate activities with MSPs, telecom providers and vendors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs and knowledge articles.
• VINCI Group experience is a must.
