Job summary

VINCI Energies Australia is seeking an experienced ICT Administrator to strengthen its ICT team in Brisbane. The role is hands‑on, combining Level 2/3 support with infrastructure, networking, Microsoft cloud, cyber security and project delivery.

You will improve daily operations, contribute to technology transformation initiatives and work with business stakeholders on automation opportunities and service improvements. The position emphasizes delivery and ICT project coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Level 2/3 troubleshooting in complex environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Experience with servers, storage, backup, endpoint and network administration.
• Knowledge of cyber security practices: patching, vulnerability management, hardening and backups.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to projects.
• Clear documentation and strong communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, service‑oriented approach.
• Experience with SD-WAN or multi‑site networks.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams telephony and SharePoint administration.
• Technology integration during growth or acquisitions.
• Experience coordinating with MSPs and vendors.
• Automation, digital transformation or AI adoption.
• VINCI Group experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 support, investigate incidents and resolve complex technical issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams telephony services.
• Support servers, storage, backup, endpoint management and business-critical technology platforms.
• Maintain switching, wireless, internet, WAN, cloud connectivity and SD-WAN environments.
• Monitor service performance, identify operational risks and coordinate remediation.
• Perform escalated user lifecycle and access administration activities.
• Support vulnerability management, patching, system hardening and backup validation.
• Contribute to infrastructure, business technology, acquisition onboarding and integration projects.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and service improvement.
• Coordinate technical activities with MSPs, telecom providers and technology vendors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs and knowledge articles.
