VINCI Energies Australia is seeking an experienced ICT Systems Administrator to support and enhance our technology environment across operations in Australia. You will work hands-on across infrastructure, cloud services and security, partnering with stakeholders and vendors to ensure secure and reliable systems.

• 2–5 years experience in a Systems Administrator/Infrastructure role.
• Strong Level 2/3 troubleshooting across infrastructure and end-user technologies.
• Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Knowledge of server, backup, endpoint and network administration.
• Understanding of cyber security best practices and operational risk management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain tech to non-tech stakeholders.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, investigating and resolving complex technical issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams telephony environments.
• Manage and support servers, storage, backup solutions and endpoint technologies.
• Maintain network infrastructure, including switching, wireless, WAN, internet and SD-WAN connectivity.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and user experience.
• Support cyber security initiatives including vulnerability management, patching, system hardening and backup validation.
• Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, technology projects, business integrations and acquisitions.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, innovation and approved AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with managed service providers, telecommunications providers and technology vendors.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and knowledge resources.

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Bring

• 2-5 years experience in a Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Support or similar ICT role.

• Strong Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting experience across infrastructure and end-user technologies.

• Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

• Knowledge of server, backup, endpoint and network administration.

• Understanding of cyber security best practices and operational technology risk management.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SD-WAN and multi-site environments.

• Microsoft Teams telephony and SharePoint administration experience.

• Experience supporting acquisitions, business integrations or organisational growth initiatives.

• Exposure to automation, digital transformation or AI-driven solutions.

• Previous experience within the VINCI Group or a related organisation.
