Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, or related ICT roles.
• Strong experience in technical analysis and solution design.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and SQL databases.
• Experience with Unix and/or Oracle environments.
• Ability to analyse and design complex ICT systems or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Candidate must be able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand existing ICT systems, applications, infrastructure and databases.
• Identify technology gaps, risks, problems and areas for improvement.
• Create technical designs, solution plans and technology roadmaps.
• Turn business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Support technology upgrades, system replacements and ICT improvement projects.
• Review the technology and infrastructure supporting critical business systems.
• Prepare business cases, user journeys, technical specifications and other supporting documents.
