Job summary

Talent seeks a hands-on Technical Business Analyst to bridge business and technology across complex cloud initiatives in Canberra. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and help shape solutions from discovery through delivery.

You’ll work with business and technical stakeholders on requirements, process modelling and solution design, shaping how cloud-based systems are delivered across ITSM environments. Hybrid work with three days in the office weekly is available.

Qualifications

5+ years of Technical Business Analysis experience across complex IT projects.
Strong experience across cloud infrastructure projects.
Experience with large, complex AWS and/or Azure native systems.
Solid process mapping, requirements documentation and design capabilities.

Responsibilities

Discover, define, validate and prioritise complex business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
Facilitate workshops and lead process mapping and requirements lifecycle activities.
Provide input into solution design to align tech outcomes with business needs.
Support documentation and continuous improvement across delivered systems.
