Job summary

ZSoft Technologies Pty Ltd in Canberra seeks a senior Microsoft Power Platform & Azure Solution Architect to establish reusable architecture patterns and provide end-to-end technical leadership across a major application modernization program.

You will decide when to use Power Platform versus Azure PaaS/pro-code, design cross-cutting architectures, and guide legacy modernization of legacy apps and data stores while ensuring security and scalability across the platform.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate senior-level expertise in Power Platform and Azure architecture.
• Experience designing reusable patterns for low-code and pro-code integrations.
• Ability to assess legacy workloads and define target modernization.
• Strong focus on secure, scalable, and maintainable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical direction.
• Establish reusable low-code and pro-code architecture patterns.
• Assess legacy workloads and recommend target treatments.
• Design application, data, integration, identity and security architecture.
• Design solutions across Power Platform and Azure PaaS.
• Define reusable patterns for applications and integrations.
• Lead architecture and security design assurance.
• Guide modernization of Access DB, SharePoint and legacy apps.
• Provide technical leadership across developers and platform engineers.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and avoid new technical debt.
• Support architecture evidence and milestone acceptance.
