Job summary

Services Australia is seeking a Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into ICT solutions within a hybrid Canberra-based work arrangement. The role requires Baseline security clearance eligibility and will operate across ACT, VIC and SA, with initial onsite work for six weeks before possible hybrid flexibility.

You will collaborate with software architects, Scrum Masters, product owners, developers and testers to deliver secure and effective ICT systems while supporting the lifecycle

Qualifications

• Feasibility assessment and option short-listing, with stakeholder engagement
• Requirements definition and management including baselines and traceability
• Software design of complex applications following standards and best practices
• Systems design with detailed specifications for construction and testing

Responsibilities

• perform detailed analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements
• create solution designs and implement solutions to meet business needs
• create and maintain solution documents
• support daily operations and monitor performance of business solutions
• adhere to delivery and support methodologies and contribute ideas for improvement
• conduct testing activities including test planning and defect management
