Job summary

Westernport Water is seeking an experienced ICT Service Delivery Lead to drive the delivery and continual improvement of our technology capability across the organisation. You will ensure reliable, secure ICT services, infrastructure, business systems and digital platforms, aligned with strategic priorities and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in information technology, computer science, business systems or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading ICT service delivery with competing priorities and high quality standards.
• Proven ability to assess and optimise technology platforms and deliver improvements.
• Experience leading BAU and high-profile ICT projects with governance and risk management.
• Expertise across ICT environments including cybersecurity, cloud technologies and service management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement to translate tech into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ICT operations and service delivery to support priorities.
• Provide leadership to the ICT team, set priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee business systems, infrastructure, cloud services, and digital platforms.
• Lead ICT projects, upgrades, integrations and digital initiatives with governance.
• Manage ICT providers and contracted services with strong performance and security.
