Job summary

Greater Western Water is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist, IT&D, to lead end-to-end ICT procurement across software, cloud and digital solutions. You will drive sourcing strategy, tender execution and commercial negotiations with a strong focus on value and risk management.

Based in Footscray with a hybrid working arrangement, you will partner with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into robust contracts and drive continuous improvements across IT and Digital categories.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement and sourcing, with ICT focus.
• Ability to lead end-to-end ICT sourcing and tenders.
• Experience with software, cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for IT and Digital procurements, from strategy to contract execution.
• Develop sourcing strategies, tender docs, evaluation methodologies and recommendations.
• Manage evaluations and negotiations to deliver value-for-money outcomes.
