Job summary

Professional Search Group in Perth's Eastern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Senior Project Governance Analyst to join its PMO team on an initial 8-month contract. The role focuses on governance and delivery of ICT projects, ensuring alignment with established frameworks, policies and procedures.

You will provide governance support across the project lifecycle, analyse performance, identify risks, and deliver evidence-based insights to project managers, governance forums and PMO leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project governance, PMO analysis or project assurance within ICT.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks and governance processes.
• Experience analysing project performance and identifying risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and operational support across ICT projects throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor compliance with PM delivery framework, governance requirements, policies.
• Analyse governance performance, identify non-compliance and emerging risks.
• Review project documentation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Prepare evidence-based insights and recommendations for PMO leadership.
• Support governance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen outcomes.
