You will also provide guidance and support to the ICT Delivery Officer, helping to build capability and maintain high service standards across the team.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

  • Coordinate service desk activities, monitor ticket queues and support the efficient delivery of ICT services.
  • Support and mentor the ICT Delivery Officer through day-to-day guidance and coaching.

  • Support cybersecurity, operational resilience and continuous improvement across Council’s technology environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of technologies while making a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment. No two days are the same, and you’ll have the chance to contribute to critical projects, influence service improvements and further develop your technical and leadership capabilities.

We are looking for someone who brings strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
