Job summary

Westernport Water is seeking a Senior Advisor ICT to lead the delivery and ongoing improvement of the corporation's technology capability. You will ensure ICT services, infrastructure, business systems and digital platforms are reliable, secure and fit for purpose while supporting priorities and delivering better outcomes for people and customers.

We want an experienced ICT professional with strong project management, stakeholder focus and partnerships with service providers.

Qualifications

Significant experience in ICT service delivery and technology leadership.
Experience working in a complex organisation with modern digital platforms.
Strong focus on business outcomes through technology.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day ICT operations and service delivery, ensuring customer-focused, secure, reliable services.
Provide strategic ICT leadership and governance across systems, infrastructure and cloud services.
Lead lifecycle management and optimisation of technology platforms with stakeholders.
Lead complex ICT projects and digital initiatives, including upgrades and integrations.
Manage ICT service providers and vendors while ensuring secure, resilient delivery.
Provide guidance on opportunities, risks, priorities and investments, with cybersecurity focus.
Build capability and foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
Maintain ICT governance, budgeting, risk management and continuous improvement.
