Job summary

Dragos, a global leader in xOT cybersecurity, is seeking a Senior Consultant for the Professional Services team. You will lead hands‑on engagements such as architecture reviews, assessments, and tabletop exercises across critical infrastructure worldwide.

You will shape customer strategies, guide them through simulated attacks, and translate lessons into smarter tools and defenses. This remote‑first role thrives in a fast growth environment and requires travel up to 30% to support engagements

Qualifications

3–5 years hands‑on experience working with ICS/OT systems.
Strong understanding of industrial control systems, devices, instrumentation and protocols.
Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, endpoint security, threat detection and network monitoring.
Ability to learn new concepts quickly and stay current on OT, cybersecurity trends.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME on architecture reviews, tabletop exercises and assessments in industrial environments.
Contribute to final delivery of findings and recommendations documents, and present them to customers.
Turn insights into research and innovation projects to advance Dragos technology.
Create content for Dragos customer training program.
Develop tabletop exercises tailored to customer infrastructures and environments.
