Job summary

Dragos is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for critical infrastructure and industrial customers across Australia and APAC. You will maximise the value of Dragos solutions, collaborate with security, engineering, and executive stakeholders, and help customers mature their OT security programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT/ICS and critical infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, SANS ICS Controls, AESCSF or APAC frameworks.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead advisory engagements, workshops, and training for customers.
• Familiarity with APAC regulatory requirements and cyber resilience considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and technical advocate for assigned customer accounts.
• Lead onboarding and adoption to maximise Dragos' value for customers.
• Facilitate goal-setting workshops and align platform capabilities with customer success metrics.
• Guide operationalisation of use cases and integration into security/operational workflows.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance, best practices, and recommendations to improve maturity.
• Monitor customer health and usage trends, identify risks to value delivery.
• Develop and execute engagement and recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
• Conduct regular reviews and value realisation discussions with customers.
• Deliver technical enablement, workshops, and training to improve proficiency.
• Collaborate with CS, Support, Product, Services, and Sales for seamless experience.
• Serve as subject matter expert for OT cybersecurity in workshops and exec briefings.
• Travel across Australia, New Zealand, and APAC up to 30%.
