XPT Software in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Senior IBM ODM & BAW Developer to design, develop, and implement business process workflows and decision services using IBM BAW and ODM. The role collaborates with analysts, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to automate processes and drive end-to-end solution delivery.

You will work across BAW development, ODM development, and solution delivery, applying BPMN, REST/SOAP, and CI/CD practices in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience with IBM BAW process applications and workflow solutions.
IBM ODM decision services, rule sets, and decision tables.
Production-ready solutions meeting performance, security, and operational standards.

Responsabilités

Design, develop, configure, and deploy business processes using IBM BAW.
Develop process applications, services, coaches, integrations, and user interfaces.
Configure workflow orchestration, tasks, events, and notifications.
Integrate BAW with internal/external systems via APIs and messaging.
Design, develop, and maintain business rules with ODM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate decision logic.
