Job summary

Qantas Group invites applications for a Service Delivery Lead – Identity to drive enterprise-wide adoption of identity and security capabilities. The role is permanent, full-time, and operates in a hybrid model with work from Mascot Campus in Sydney.

You will lead adoption, onboarding of applications, and User Access Reviews, partnering with Product Owner and security teams to strengthen our identity roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in service delivery, adoption, change management, enablement, business analysis, project management, or related disciplines, including 3+ years in IAM, PAM, or cyber security.

Responsibilities

• Build and run adoption plans for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities, covering application onboarding, roles, entitlements, approval workflows, and privileged access.
