Job summary

Qantas is seeking a Service Delivery Lead – Identity to ensure identity capabilities are delivered, adopted, and used across the Group. You’ll partner with the Product Owner - Identity, Cyber, Architecture, and operations to onboard applications and implement access models.

You’ll drive adoption, run User Access Reviews in a compliant way, and translate platform capability into actionable terms for business teams, while maintaining security posture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in service delivery and adoption; 3+ years in IAM, PAM or cyber security.
• Track record delivering compliant adoption of tech across large enterprise.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID, plus IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Idira (CyberArk).
• Experience moving capabilities from concept to BAU with readiness and handover to support.
• Understanding ITIL and how service performance ties to adoption.
• Strong analytical skills using adoption metrics for decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement; Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Build and run adoption plans for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Engage business stakeholders to understand requirements and plan capabilities.
• Lead change, training, and engagement forums.
• Support User Access Reviews and provide tools/guidance to business owners.
• Measure adoption and compliance and report to executives.
• Coordinate feature launches and feed improvements into the roadmap.
• Provide input on service performance and readiness for go-live.
• Work with partners to ensure adoption meets commitments and SLAs.
