Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist focused on IAM and Okta to lead identity lifecycle initiatives and automation. You will design and support Okta Workflows, provisioning and deprovisioning, and ensure smooth integrations with enterprise apps and directories.

You will collaborate with architects and partners, bringing hands-on IAM expertise, strong documentation skills, and experience with SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and Entra ID to drive a secure identity program.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in IAM or a similar technical environment.
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Okta.
Proven experience with Okta Workflows and identity lifecycle management.
Knowledge of SCIM, REST APIs, SAML, OAuth and identity provisioning.
Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, configure and troubleshoot Okta Workflows.
Implement identity lifecycle management, including Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes.
Manage identity provisioning, deprovisioning and automation.
Support Okta integrations with enterprise applications and directories.
Develop technical documentation, workflow designs and operational procedures.
Collaborate with architects, implementation partners and operational teams.
