Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist – IAM / Okta to own and deliver hands-on IAM initiatives within a large university IAM transformation program. You will focus on identity lifecycle management, automation, provisioning and Okta Workflows, operating independently and taking ownership of technical deliverables.

Key responsibilities include designing and troubleshooting Okta Workflows, managing joiner/mover/leaver processes and supporting Okta integrations

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in IAM or a similar technical environment.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Okta.
• Proven experience with Okta Workflows and identity lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of SCIM, REST APIs, SAML, OAuth and identity provisioning.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Acsense, multiple systems of record or university IAM environments will be highly regarded.
