Talent Corp is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Specialist for a long-term contract in Brisbane. The role focuses on implementing and governing modern IAM solutions, including Okta, Azure AD, and RBAC/ABAC.

The candidate will collaborate with project teams and security, driving design, migration, and operational support. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IAM, hands-on experience with SSO, PEP, and governance, and can translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• IAM related technical qualifications such as Okta Certified Professional or Azure Identity & Access Administrator.
• Desirable: Bachelor of Information Technology (or similar degree).

Aufgaben

• Conduct technical discovery of IAM components (SSO, MFA, directory services, access policies).
• Document designs, papers and options analysis for the IAM program.
• Lead stakeholder meetings with technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Assist with implementing and migrating to the new IAM platform.
• Coordinate transition of services from current to new platform.
• Provide reporting for the IAM project and collaborate with PM, architects and operations.
