Job summary

Renaissance Info Systems is seeking an Identity & Access Management Architect (IAM Architect) in Sydney. You will lead design and implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of hands-on experience with identity frameworks (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect), governance, and access management, plus strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in identity and access management.
• Proven track record of successful identity management projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity and access management solutions that align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain identity frameworks to support user authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate identity solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities in identity and access management processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders regarding identity management best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to identity and access management.
• Document processes, policies, and procedures related to identity and access management.
