Job summary

M&T Resources is seeking an experienced Identity Specialist to provide technical leadership on an initial 6-month contract. The role focuses on enterprise IAM, hybrid identity, and strengthening security across identity services.

You will guide the implementation of Active Directory, Entra ID, PingOne, and related authentication standards, while mentoring the team and collaborating with security and IT operations to deliver reliable, scalable identity solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in enterprise IAM and hybrid identity.
• Knowledge of PIM, PAM, JIT, JEA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and directory protocols.
• Experience with automation and cloud platforms (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, AWS).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certifications in identity or cloud are advantageous.
