Job summary

Enterprise IT Resources is seeking an experienced Cloud IAM Engineer for a 5-month contract. The role focuses on integrating SailPoint and Microsoft Entra ID with Azure and AWS, moving to a standardized role-based access model and implementing RBAC and managed identities.

You will work with agency stakeholders to onboard additional government agencies and deploy IaC configurations using Terraform and Azure DevOps. This is a hybrid Brisbane portfolio with long-term extension potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IAM, identity engineering or cloud engineering with a strong identity focus.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID in enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating identity platforms with Azure and AWS and managing cloud access.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, Azure managed identities, and identity federation.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Azure DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of SailPoint and Entra ID with Azure and AWS for identity provisioning and access management.
• Migrate existing identities, groups and access assignments to a standardised role-based access model.
• Implement Azure RBAC and managed identities configurations, and support role-based access across AWS.
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders to coordinate onboarding, resolve access issues and manage migration exceptions.
• Deploy standard identity configurations using Terraform and DevOps tooling.
• Represent the project in change advisory meetings and provide technical input on migration activities.
• Decommission superseded identity components after migration.
