Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting an Identity Architect/Solution Architect - IAM to lead enterprise IAM architecture, strategy and governance across hybrid environments. You will define identity roadmaps, reference architectures and patterns, while architecting solutions around Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.

You will drive identity governance, lifecycle management and least-privilege access models, mentoring teams and aligning controls with Zero Trust from design to execution.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and governing enterprise Identity & Access Management architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
• Deep knowledge of federation, SSO, MFA and conditional access.
• Experience defining identity governance, lifecycle management and access controls.

Develop and maintain identity strategies, roadmaps, reference architectures and design patterns.

Architect solutions across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and hybrid cloud environments.

Strong expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.

Deep knowledge of federation, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and modern authentication protocols.

Experience implementing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and identity lifecycle management capabilities.

Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), RBAC, ABAC and entitlement governance.

Experience integrating identity solutions across cloud, on-premise and SaaS-based platforms.

Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles and cyber security frameworks.

Proven ability to develop architecture standards, governance models and technology roadmaps.

Experience conducting architecture assurance, risk assessments and solution reviews.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.

A collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring architects and engineering teams.
